1 Module

COMPLETE TRAINING

The training consists of 3 parts. For best results:

1. Watch the Masterclass Recording - (Lesson 1) you need approx. 70min of your time, when nobody and nothing will disturb you. This training is packed with useful information so have a piece of paper and a pen at hand so that you can jot down things that resonate with you most. Shut down all the distractions, make yourself your favourite cup of tea, relax and enjoy watching! 

2. Download the Creative Workbook (Lesson 2) - Take your time with the workbook, you don't have to fill in all in in one sitting. The most important thing is that you create your own Wellness Map at the end of the process. This will be your ready-to-go, your own, tailor-made support, giving you clear guidance on what to do when you feel out of balance. 

3. Use the relaxations/meditations regularly! (Lesson 3) The goal is to have at least one 15min long practice a day. These are my most popular guided relaxation recordings - soothing, comforting and brining instant relief! You can choose from the bundle that comes with the training, you can check my other Self-Love Relaxation Bundle or you can use your own breathing practices/mindfulness techniques.
