Yoga Nidra Practice

It's a beautiful, relaxing guided meditation, based on Yoga Nidra tradition. During this meditation, I will guide you to relax deeply and then connect to the most important, most essential value, quality or aspiration that lives in your heart right now. Staying connected to what matters to your most will give you motivation and sense of purpose when you are going through a difficult time.
