GROUND & RISE PRACTICE - short and sweet - 7min long meditation, best to use as a quick boost in the morning to set you up for the day or at any time when you need to bring yourself to balance quickly. It will help you to centre and ground yourself and face your day with more confidence and an open heart.
R.A.I.N. PRACTICE (21min)- A gentle and comforting practice to help you soothe any difficult emotions you might be experiencing right now. Based on the process originally developed by Tara Brach of Recognizing, Allowing, Investigating and Nurturing any challenging feeling/state you struggle with. Give it your 100% and you will find a huge relief and a lot of nurture in this practice.
BREATH & ATTENTION PRACTICE (10min)- An essential practice (!) that will help you train your attention to stay focused on your breath. This is a life-changing skill that in time will allow you to stay in charge of your thoughts, emotions and actions and break free from repeating old patterns that no longer serve you.
Choose the one you like most, or alternate between the 3 of them, to invite more self-love, self-compassion and self-confidence into your life.
